Praise be to Allah first and foremost, and may Allah bless our prophet Muhammad and his family and companions.

The leadership of the kingdom has prioritized the development of university education, resulting in the establishment of several universities in various regions. In particular, the northern borders region has received attention, with the establishment of Northern Borders University in Arar, which has affiliated colleges in Rafha, Tarif and Al-Awaqila.

The university recognizes that the distance between the branches and headquarters causes difficulties for employees and has therefore established an administrative formula that transfers powers to the branches, ensuring they receive the same level of service as the headquarters. The university vice presidency for branches has been established, with Rafha governorate as its headquarters, as it has the largest share of branch faculties.

We express our gratitude to His Excellency the president of the University, Dr. Saeed bin Omar Al Omar, for his vision and idea behind the vice presidency  establishment. The vice presidency has set its goals on serving its employees and the educational process to achieve excellence, following the university's vision and mission. We ask Allah to guide our steps as we aim to make the branches a front of the Northern Borders University for education and community service, in line with the aspirations of our wise leadership for this dear region of our kingdom.
